For those wishing to, Please be sure to submit your nominations for Citizen Patrol Volunteer of the Year and/or Coordinator of the Year by Monday, August 31, 2010, 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Remember, all nominations from active NACOP member organizations will receive full consideration regardless of your location and your nominee does Not have to be present to be selected. We will notify you immediately if your nominee is selected should you wish to make travel arrangements for them to attend and/or to "encourage" them to attend.

Please submit your one nomination per category per organization by e-mail to: afemister@nacop .org preferably as an attachment in Word format if possible. Please limit your nominations to two pages each and be sure to highlight why and what your nominee has done that stands out amongst all the others with specific actions and outcomes.

Please keep in mind, we are not as interested in how many hours a nominee has worked or donated in time as we are with the results of their efforts. It's important to highlight the results of their actions such as "since Mr. or Mrs. XXXX helped implement our new elder home check program, at least one life has been saved".

Any questions, please feel free to contact us for assistance, thank you.

REQUEST FOR COORDINATORS PHOTOS For NACOP member agencies, please send by e- mail to: afemister@nacop .org any good photos you have of your unit coordinator for possible inclusion in our annual "Video Tribute to Coordinators" played the morning of the conference.
